Justin Yanke recieved his MFA from the Academy of Art University in 2011 after earning a BFA from Columbus College of Art & Design in 2006. As a photorealist, his paintings illustrate a heightened sense of visual reality. Justin's work has been displayed and honored in various venues within the United States. As a member of The Ohio Art Leaugue, he participated in a group show at The Columbus Museum of Contemporay Art in 2006, and was recently chosen as a finalist in the American Artist Self Portrait Competition featured in the September issue. Justin currently lives and works in Berkeley, CA.
